How the Program Works

  • Are you ready to embark on a life-changing journey of self-discovery, healing, and personal growth? Join us on The Inner Healing Journey and unlock the doors to a brighter future. Take the first step toward becoming the person you desire to be.

Throughout this program, you will have access to a comprehensive range of resources and support. This includes assessments, online lessons, therapy and coaching, group therapy (when appropriate), and chat/text support. During active treatment, you will receive weekly individual and group therapy sessions, providing you with the guidance and support you need to progress. As you grow and make strides toward your goals, the frequency of individual therapy sessions will gradually decrease.

We encourage you to commit to this transformative journey until you feel ready to graduate to the next program module. On average, plan on dedicating at least 6 months to complete the 22 lessons. Upon graduation, you will have the option to purchase a follow-up therapy plan to support your continued progress.

Please note that while you are not under contract, it is strongly advised to avoid terminating treatment before completion. Consistency and dedication to the process will yield the most significant results.
